Official Rules:
CAMPAIGN PERIOD: Promotion begins at 10:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on February 11, 2019 and ends on February 14, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”).
ELIGIBILITY: Individuals who reside in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to enter, except employees of Pearson Realty Group and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.
ENTRY: Enter on Facebook or Instagram by following @pearsonrealtygroup and tag a friend’s username on @pearsonrealtygroup’s announcement post on February 11, 2019. You may enter multiple time, however you must tag a different username each time.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: An entry will be chosen by Pearson Realty Group through a random drawing that will be held on or about 4 p.m. CDT on February 14, 2019 to select the potential prize winner from among all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Non-winning eligible entries will not be taken into consideration during subsequent Drawings (if any). Potential winners will be notified by Pearson Realty Group by direct message within three (3) days after the drawing and will be asked to provide his/her full name, shipping address, phone number and email address. In order to receive a direct message from Sponsor, you must be following @pearsonrealtygroup on Instagram and Facebook. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the Draw Date then he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Pearson Realty Group will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant.
PRIZE: Two (2) separate winners will receive a $100 Lettuce Entertain You gift card. All federal, state and local taxes on prize value, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
LIMITATIONS ON PRIZE: Pearson Realty Group reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if the prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Pearson Realty Group will determine all elements of the prize in its sole discretion. The prize may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
