Webster House is located at the corner of Lincoln Park W and Webster in the affluent Lincoln Park neighborhood. The building reaches fourteen stories high with excellent views of the surrounding community. Lincoln Park Zoo, The Lincoln Park Conservatory, The Peggy Noetbaert Nature Museum, and of course Lake Michigan are a short distance from Webster House which help to give Webster House a neighborhood feel rather than big city. In the building’s early years, Webster House was a hotel known for large hallways and tall ceilings. Originally built in 1919, the Webster House transformed into the rental community that it is today after less than a decade of existence.
