I worked with Colleen Szymanski on renting my first apartment out of college in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. She was readily available on short notice to clear her schedule on the day I was visiting the city and show a number of apartments. She arranged several tours for various types of  apartments and was able to quickly schedule something new if one was filled to ensure we saw plenty of apartments. She made the logistics very easy, personally driving us to each location on a rainy day, which allowed us to focus on the units. Colleen provided a wealth of advice on the Chicago housing market, life in the city, and the moving process. She gave sincere opinions on the pros and cons of various units so that I felt I was making an educated choice. Her communication was very prompt and clear, and I signed for an apartment the next day in what was a relatively pain-free process. Overall, Colleen was extremely helpful in my apartment search, and I would definitely recommend her.
